YouTube clipping of leftist protestors burning the American flag!

While I was preparing an entry for this blog the news just happened to announce that they were going to show a protest clip that the mainstream media was deliberately not broadcasting, so I grabbed my phone as quick as I could to try and record it.

Please excuse the fact that the sound is a bit quiet, it had happened so fast and my television had already seemed fairly loud, I had no idea that my phone would have a trickier time picking up broadcasted sound as opposed to real ones. But I did the best I could.

This clipping is a real eye-opener: at the exact same time that the Tea Party was demonstrating by marching and waving flags (and the liberals were lying and trying to accuse them of all sorts of stupid acts, all without proof), here are anti-tea party protestors flat out BURNING OUR FLAG and, as is pointed out in this footage, the mainstream media refuses to show it because it makes their side look bad.

This delightful picture is included in The Los Angeles Times report on the latest polls on all of Obama's recent actions, and the article actually comes across as being so sarcastically gleeful that it's genuinely amusing to read!

It starts off with the words "Good thing Obama says he disregards polls: he wouldn't like these" and it gets more and more fun from there.

It also has an absolutely priceless comment on Pelosi's poll that says... oh MAN, I just can't get myself to spoil the effect, you've just GOT to read it. ;)

It has recently been remarked by many that Americans are waking up to the reality of just what sort of individual this is who is currently inhabiting The White House... and they don't like it one bit.

There was a particular quote scrolling across the bottom of the Fox News broadcast screen around three or four nights ago which I have been attempting to find online so I could share a link to it, but for some reason I have been unable to locate it, probably because I don't recall the exact wording of the comment used. So I'm going to go ahead and share it myself the best I can and will correct its wording later for the sake of accuracy should I finally find an article on the subject: when asked about the sharp disapproval in his rating polls, Obama's response was to reply, "I didn't get into office to parent my popularity."

After watching Obama twist arms, beg, borrow and steal to pass ObamaCare, it may come as no surprise to some that Obama's administration has offered federal jobs for political purposes to two Democratic candidates. What ought to catch people's attention is that this action constitutes a federal crime. 

Did Barack Obama or members of his administration directly violate federal law by offering federal jobs to Rep. Joe Sestak and former Colorado legislator Andrew Romanoff? The best way to answer these and a myriad of other ethical questions is for Congress to join Rep. Darrell Issa in calling for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate this corruption. 

Title 18, Chapter 11, Section 211 of the United States Code states that "Whoever solicits or receives  anything of value, in consideration of the promise of support or use of influence in obtaining for any person any appointive office or place under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both." 

The Obama administration has been accused by two Democratic primary candidates, Joe Sestak and Andrew Romanoff, of offering them high profile jobs. The jobs allegedly offered included the Secretary of the Navy and a position within the U.S. Agency for International Development. In return for these favors the two would withdraw from their Senate challenges to Obama's allies, Sen. Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania and Sen. Michael Bennet in Colorado. 

The Denver Post, hardly a right-wing newspaper, reported that "Jim Messina, President Barack Obama's deputy chief of staff and a storied fixer in the White House political shop, suggested a place for Romanoff might be found in the administration and offered specific suggestions, according to several sources who described the communication to The Denver Post. Romanoff turned down the overture, which included mention of a job at USAID, the foreign aid agency, sources said." 

The White House subsequently denied the story and claimed that no job was offered. But with no investigation into this corruption, how will we know how deep the rabbit hole runs?

In February, Pennsylvania Congressman Joe Sestak launched a new charge of bribery by accusing the Obama White House of offering him the Secretary of the Navy job in exchange for his agreeing to abandon his race against Specter. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that this exchange occurred during a TV interview with Comcast anchor Larry Kane: "'Was it secretary of the Navy?" Kane asked. "No comment," Sestak said. "Was it [the job] high-ranking?" Kane asked. Sestak said yes, but added that he would "never leave" the Senate race for a deal. 

Sestak has later confirmed that yes, he was offered a job, but he has been unwilling to go into greater details. After stonewalling and avoiding the question for weeks, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs stated that he talked to people in the White House about the claim and that, "I'm told whatever conversations have been had are not problematic." He added that the incident is "in the past." 

We hate to rain on Mr. Gibbs' parade, but the incident is hardly 'in the past.' If the president of the United States or someone high up in his administration committed a felony the public deserves to know about it. Whoever committed that felony must be brought to justice. This administration is no stranger to corruption, as witnessed by the billions in sweet deals to purchase Congressional votes for ObamaCare. 

Obama even tried to influence Democratic Congressman Jim Matheson, who voted against the initial health bill, by appointing his brother Scott M. Matheson, Jr. to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. While this corruption is ill fitting for the White House, these incidents pale in comparison to the most recent allegations. The offering of a federal job in order to affect an election constitutes a direct violation of federal law and must be investigated. 

Fortunately for those of us who still believe in the rule of law, Rep. Darell Issa, the top Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has called for a special prosecutor to probe these allegations. Congressman Issa is confident that a special prosecutor will be appointed. "What you have is a credible allegation by a member of Congress of a felony," Issa told Fox News. "It is a felony to offer somebody a federal job in order to get them to affect an election." 

We are watching our very system of government corrupted before our very eyes. We encourage all Americans who still believe in our Constitution and the rule of law to join us and Rep. Issa in calling for a special prosecutor to investigate these crimes of the Obama administration.

Environmentalists blast Obama for wanting to "drill, baby, drill".

Hmm, let's see. So far, we've heard from everyday Americans, politicians, pastors, companies, pro-choicers, pro-lifers, doctors and at the moment I forget who all else. The list just keeps growing longer and longer at a rapid pace, so much so that it's tough to recall.

Now the environmentalists are joining in as well, upset over Obama's saying that we should start drilling again.

Personally, I think it's all talk. This is one move I doubt he'll actually do, as my own opinion is that he's just proposing this in an attempt to appear "centrist" in order to win votes and approval points.

Stop trying to manipulate us, Obama. It's not going to work.

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS IN SERIOUS DANGER!

I started writing the following on March 21 and am currently updating it daily as events have unfolded.

Up until that day, I had temporarily set aside for the time being my usual "large statement" material I've always felt led to create from time to time in the past in favor of much lighter material in order to take a sort of "artistic vacation" and kick back, relax and simply try to enjoy creating without pressure or consequence.

That all changed upon the night of that fateful "bloody Sunday", as some out there have chosen to nickname it.

On that date, which will go down in history as Congress's darkest and most disgraceful hour, the Democratic majority of Congress shocked the country by completely ignoring the explicitly expressed will of the people and arrogantly forcing into law anyway by every underhanded ability at their disposal a notoriously huge bill that has shredded our Constitution by beginning a completely unwanted and undesirable transformation of our beloved country into European-style socialism, thus proving once and for all that Congress is no longer looking out for our best interest and could no longer care less about "We The People".

Breaking his self-stated promise that he would allow the bill to be made available on the Internet for reading by the public five days before signing it into law, Obama stubbornly insisted upon immediately signing all of this nonsense into law approximately 34 hours after its forced passing, most likely because he wanted to get it done before The Supreme Court ruled it entirely unconstitutional, which it is.

We were not listened to in the least despite the fact that the majority have stated loud and clear that we did NOT want this form of governmental control. We weren't even given the opportunity to vote on the issue.

The arrogance and overall lust for power in this situation by our current Congress is appalling.  I watched the debacle unfold on live television as it occured that evening, and it was the most juvenile and ridiculously unprofessional action in Congress I have ever seen in my life.  The Democrats did not act or behave in the least like responsible professionals.  Instead, they whooped, catcalled and behaved like a spoiled silver-spoon-mouthed college clique at a pep rally. The only things missing were the cheerleaders and the pom-poms.

To make matters even worse, it was eventually discovered a day after the bill's signing that the Democrats and even Obama himself did not even bother to read the bill that they themselves were going so completely crazy promoting, and they are shouting down every attempt and suggestion made to better it and make it appropriate for a law to be enforced by The United States of America.

As has been pointed out right from the beginning, this bill is not at all about improving health care or making it more affordable (in fact, it will only be worse). It is about control, plain and simple. Effective as soon as this bill begins, important protective elements of the constitution will have been destroyed.

This is not about democrats vs. republicans, nor about anything else so trivial as the mainstream liberal press would love to have you believe. This is about people vs. Congress.

I have been spending all my free time preparing this little page as well as attending various peaceful rallies filled with people from all walks of life showing their patriotism, and I have been doing so to the point of personal physical and emotional exhaustion, doing all I can to do my part to help take a stand against this vicious attack on our liberty.

Incidentally, I can also say with the upmost confidence that these rallies are easily the most peaceful and productive ones I've ever been to, and believe me, I have been to many protest rallies over the course of my lifetime.

Congress has proven that it can no longer be trusted and couldn't care less about The Constitution. And that means that, unless the November polls change anything (which I personally doubt they will, as Congress has shown us that they no longer care about polls and can get away with bribery, arm twisting and buying votes) we could very possibly and realistically go into a new Civil War.

It will be the people of The United States trying to defend their freedom from a Congress determined to play God over us.

I think it is extremely apparent that Obama is far more evil than a lot of people realize, or want to realize. But we CAN do something about it, and as of this writing it can still be done in the representation of peace, love, freedom and liberty without any bloodshed or firing a single shot. It's called voting.

Go to the polls and vote. We've got to get these control freaks out of Congress. We have the power, and WE CAN DO IT! The American Dream is not dead. Voting this November may not only be the most important thing you'll do this year, it may also be the most important voting period in history.
